Uisce Eireann is the State-run agency for water infrastructure in Ireland. It’s been accused of charging exorbitant amounts to connect a water system to commercial buildings
UE pushes back on that and says it normally costs no more than €4,000 for a standard pipe and that its fees are based on width of pipe as well as the amount of waste water that is expected to flow through it.
