
Is gym culture as judgmental as we perceive it to be?

Infact, according to recent UK research, a quarter of people are too embarrassed to work out in a gym, 27 per cent worry what regular members will think of them, while 28 per cent fear they wouldn't use the equipment properly. So, is gym culture as judgmental as we perceive it to be?
