Gift Grub: It's All About Ireland V Tonga

Well, this weekend was an exciting one. What a victory for the European Ryder Cup team! Ian was lucky enough to catch up with some of the Irish contingent on this morning's Gift Grub, who were, quite rightly, still celebrating the win.

Social media was awash with footage from Vegas this weekend, with U2 making their long-awaited debut at Sphere in Las Vegas. Shannon Keenan from Today FM was lucky enough to be there for opening night and she was on hand to take Ian through the incredible show this morning. Jealousy levels are off the chart! Does anyone fancy an impromptu Vegas trip?!

Well, VAR is at it again! Liverpool FC has issued a scathing statement, criticising the video assistant referee system, after some questionable decisions at this weekend's game against Tottenham. Some of the Gift Grub crew joined Ian this morning to give their take on the whole affair.

There has been a lot of talk in recent weeks about the standard of Late Late Show guests since the new season started. While the reviews for Patrick Kielty's performance are generally good, some people are demanding a better quality of guest. Miriam O'Callaghan, Marty Morrissey & Keith Duffy all had a go at predicting tonight's line-up.
