
'The Government is not thinking creatively' - Ireland facing shortage of asylum accommodation
4 December 2023 - 11 minsIn a statement this afternoon, a spokesperson for the Department of Integration has said that it can no longer provide accommodation to all international protection applicants, due to a severe shortage.
They have said that tents and sleeping bags will be provided to people where required.
