The country’s largest landlord has said their rental income could increase by 25% thanks to new Government rules. Ires Reit own over 3,000 properties across the country. Reforms will give landlords the ability to reset rents to market rates if a tenant voluntarily ends the lease. Is it time to help smaller landlords more?
