A new report from the Economic and Social Research Institute has found that Irish property prices are overvalued by 17%. 

 House prices were weighed against factors such as income and interest rates. To look at these findings was Senior Lecturer in Housing, Planning and Development at the Technological University Dublin, Lorcan Sirr and Ross Craigie, of Hegarty Financial Management.
