Earlier this week Snap Inc. reached a confidential settlement with a 19-year-old plaintiff identified as K.G.M., just days before a landmark jury trial was set to begin in Los Angeles. Meta, TikTok and YouTube will now go forward to the trial, which is due to begin on Monday. Jess explains what the case is about and what we can expect over the coming weeks and months.
