Dublin City Council is calling for urgent action on rickshaw regulation following the death of a mother of two in a crash on North Wall Quay last week. 

Councillors say the tragedy highlights longstanding concerns over safety, insurance, licensing and enforcement. Speaking to Anton to discuss this further was Danny Byrne, Fine Gael Councillor for Southeast Inner City.
