Audience-measurement company Nielsen estimates the number of “no-TV” households now stands at 424,000, or nearly 21% of the total, the confidential RTÉ briefing to the Dáil Public Accounts Committee (PAC) said. With so many homes now not having a TV set, what do they point the furniture at? And if you do have a TV, how do you fit it into your home design?
