It’s another edition of Mystery Guest Monday, where listeners try to figure out who’s joining us before the big reveal. Cooper then shared a painfully awkward and genuinely disgusting moment that happened to him during a gig on Friday night, and listeners were left in stitches. Between travel costs, gifts, food and all the extras, are baby showers becoming way too expensive?

Cooper thought he was just taking a simple song request during a gig on Friday night… but things took a horribly awkward turn very quickly. An Italian man was passionately trying to get Cooper’s attention, talking with his hands and explaining what song he wanted played. As Cooper went to respond with a confident “Yeah, I’ll play that!” something happened that instantly made him regret the interaction. Safe to say he was not a happy cookie afterwards. Cue major second-hand embarrassment, plenty of slagging, and one of the most awkward stories to hit the breakfast show in a long time.
