We're used to see him tearing around a rugby pitch, but former Irish rugby captain Rory Best is tearing around Ireland for a very good cause.
He is currently walking 330km from Dublin's Aviva Stadium to Cong in Co Mayo in the hopes of raising €2 million for Cancer Fund for Children who support families all across Ireland impacted by a cancer diagnosis.
The ultimate aim is to build an incredible Daisy Lodge facility in Mayo that'll provide much needed respite to countless families.
Rory joined Dermot and Dave with an update, and a message of thanks to the thousands of people who have joined him on the road so far.
