A woman left in a critical condition after being assaulted in Co Tipperary has been named locally as Scarlett Faulkner - a mother of one in her 20s. Shocking video footage of the aftermath of the attack was shared on social media as cars drove by and witnessed her lying on a roadside in broad daylight.
