Episode 687: Jonathan Creswell’s past of abusing women as another victim comes forward

16 September 2024 - 33 mins
Podcast Series Crime World

A woman reported killer Johnny Creswell to the PSNI in 2016, four years before he murdered Katie Simpson, after he had exposed himself to her at a horseyard in County Antrim.

The victim told the PSNI that he was dangerous, had threatened her boyfriend and had boasted about the horrendous violence he'd doled out to his ex-partner Abigail Lyle.

Yet no prosecution was brought and nothing was found on file about the incident when Creswell brought Katie to hospital in 2020.

Nicola speaks with journalist Tanya Fowles about the ongoing revelations about Creswell and his shocking catalogue of abuses of women within the equestrian industry.
