American father and daughter Tom and Molly Martens have made a plea bargain deal with North Carolina prosecutors which could see them win their freedom despite admitting they killed tragic dad of two Jason Corbett.

Retired FBI agent Tom and his daughter Molly both pleaded guilty to voluntary man slaughter in a move which is sure to devastate the family of Jason back in Ireland.

So what does the plea bargain mean and how have Prosecutors accepted to drop the murder charges against the pair.
