This week, Evel is in hot water, after beating a Fox executive with a baseball bat. He is sentenced to jail, but like Evel always does, he figures out a way to make it a spectacle, and a show. How does he do that? By renting limos for all the prisoners, and causing a major traffic jam, while angering everyone in the jail system.
