Are venture capitalist only lending to bigger firms?
There is good and bad news about how much money venture capitalists are pumping into Irish start-ups and scale ups. The good news, they invested more than ever in the previous quarter. The bad news is that they appear to be investing less in smaller start-ups that arguably need seed capital than before. Is budget travel back – for now at least?
Ryanair has just published its results for the past 12 months. The Dublin and London listed giant airline made a LOSS of €355 million. That’s a decent improvement from the loss of more than €1 billion a year ago. Traffic figures are vastly improved from lockdowns a year ago but it is still 35% below pre Covid levels. Is this the end of cryptocurrencies at a risk hedge?
you are interested in crypto currencies like bitcoin, then you will have noticed that the market has collapsed in recent days and weeks. From an all-time record high of almost $70,000 last year, BitCoin is now trading at around $27,000.
