In the remote Canadian wilderness, an ill-fated hunting trip turns into a nightmare when one of the guides vanishes into the night, leaving behind only his screams of burning feet and a trail of something far more terrifying than any beast of the forest. It was originally published in the 1910 collection “The Lost Valley and Other Stories” which I’ve placed a link to in the show notes. The story involves a hunting party that gets separated in the Canadian wilderness in search for moose. One of the party members is abducted by the legendary Wendigo.
