Denise Kenny-Byrne was inspired to start her wellness brand, The Head Plan after her husband was diagnosed with blood cancer in 2018. Meditation and journaling helped Denise to keep calm during that time of stress, and more recently it helped her through her IVF journey. She explained what manifesting really is, why it's so misunderstood and how she rejects toxic positivity.
Denise and her husband Ciaran recently appeared on Dragon's Den and got backing for The Head Plan and she told us all about that process and what's still to come for her, including potentially a sibling for her daughter Charlotte.
