The Parades Commission has given the Orange Order permission to march along the Garvaghy Road in Portadown for the first time in almost 30 years.
The parade will be limited to 35 people, with no bands or supporters, and must take place between 8am and 9.30am.
Ciara was joined by Editor of The Unionist Voice & Portadown Orange District, Jamie Bryson and Sinn Fein TD for the Cavan–Monaghan constituency Matt McCarthy.
