An Post's Gender Pay Gap Has Been Reduced
22 October 2019 - 7 minsAn Post has launched its first Gender Pay Gap Report and Action Plan.
It shows that the company's gender pay gap has dropped to 3.71% and that its previously all-male Management Board is now 50% male and 50% female.
