4 May 2021 - 3 minsE-scooters should be registered and insured for use on public roads. That’s according to Transport Infrastructure Ireland, the State body with responsibility for the national road network. Dr Suzanne Meade, senior engineer in TII’s road safety section was on Newstalk Breakfast.
