Insurance reforms – do they go far enough?
New guidelines approved by judges over the weekend will see significant cuts to personal injury claims. Minor whiplash injuries have been cut by more than half, as have nose fractures, leg, foot and facial scarring injuries. Dave Robinson's previous business Rathbeggan Lakes had to close in 2019 due to spiraling insurance costs. Should Electric Picnic go ahead in 2021?
Reports today suggest preparation for the Electric Picnic are underway with the event scheduled to take place as usual in the first weekend in September, the organisers have said.
