20 October - 20 mins
Podcast Series Lunchtime Live

New breathalyser terminals are to be rolled out in venues across the country in an attempt to curb drink-driving.

Devices will be installed in hotels, pubs and sports venues around the country, targeting areas with particularly high rates of traffic collisions.

The three year scheme will cost an estimated €1.5 million. Is it worth it?

Joining Andrea to discuss is Tom Randles of Randles Hotel Killarney, Christy Galligan, former Garda Sergeant and local Police Commissioner in Letterkenny and listeners.
