Across Ireland we're seeing new studios opening, classes selling out and more people than ever looking for ways to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. One event that's been at the heart of that wellness boom is The Yoga Picnic, which celebrates its fifth anniversary this summer.
What started as a small gathering in Westmeath has grown into one of Ireland's biggest wellness festivals, attracting thousands of visitors from Ireland and abroad. One of the festival's co-founders, Alice Harrison, joins us now.
