Listener Lorraine got in touch - 'I have been suffering from insomnia for as long as I can remember, or at least being a very poor sleeper, in that I always wake a lot overnight, find it very difficult to fall asleep and am often still tired when I wake up. I always just accepted this as how I sleep and functioned fine with it but it has escalated in recent times.' Ciara chats to listeners
