14 September 2020 - 14 minsJohn Delaney resigned from his role as executive vice-president of the FAI last year, as details emerged of excessive spending.
Mark Tighe and Paul Rowan, who broke these stories in The Sunday Times, have now written a book called Champagne Football, which looks at Delaney's career and the rise and fall of the FAI.
