Every week Louise Lennox and Paddy Courtney bring you their tuppence worth on the latest episode of the Bake Off and hopefully have a bit of craic along the way, mostly slagging off Paul Hollywood! Basically, you get the chance to listen to a professional pastry chef explain to her ignorant pal what it takes to create the perfect bake while delving into the challenges the contestants and the hosts all face in the tent.

It was lashing down rain outside and there was a deluge of soggy bottoms and plenty of innuendo dripping all over the tent inside.
