Fire Crew In Athlone Ambush Were Deliberately Attacked
3 November - 49 minsA sickening video from Athlone has Adrian and Jeremy seeing red: a fire engine called out to a fire was set upon by a gang firing fireworks at it like a weapon — rocket after rocket smashing off the cab.
Worse again, the fire brigade may have been deliberately lured in by a 999 call… a planned ambush on people who are literally there to save lives.
Live callers are raging, emotional and fed up: long sentences, eviction for council tenants, armed Gardaí, riot squads, the army, water cannons — and a hard look at why there never seems to be consequences.
