4 December 2023 - 9 minsCop28 president Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber has claimed there is “no science” indicating that a phase-out of fossil fuels is needed to restrict global warming to 1.5 degrees. Caroline O’Doherty, Environment correspondent with the Irish Independent is in Dubai and spoke to Ciara this morning.
