21 October 2021 - 11 minsSurrogacy groups are expressing their concern the Irish government will not legislate for the rights of Irish children born via international surrogacy in the new Assisted Human Reproduction bill.
A report by the Business Post has suggested they plan to only legislate for domestic surrogacy in the upcoming bill, and deal with the issue of international surrogacy at a later date.
