Hidden Histories: Dublin Airport
28 February 2021 - 15 minsUsually when we hear about Dublin Airport these days it has to do with the number of people picking up fines for travelling unnecessarily but there is still a decent level of traffic in our skies servicing people who claim to have essential reasons - although not even close to how busy it usually is of course.
Dublin Airport has come a long way since it was first opened up in January 1940, undergoing extensive renovations and additions along the way, but the original building still stands and represents a significant architectural achievement.
Donal Fallon joined Gavan for another episode of Hidden Histories to discuss.
