In search for 'authenticity' dating website POF (Plenty of Fish) have decided to ban face-filtered photos from their platform.
The Canadian service will complete an audit of all 70 million images on their site in hope of helping people make better matches.
52% of their users have asked for more transparency saying that face-filters should be banned, whereas 30% admit to avoiding profiles that are too heavily filtered.
